Ingredients
 2 lbs lean ground turkey
 8 whole wheat hamburger buns
 Cooking spray
Magic powder:
 1 tsp salt
 1 tsp cumin
 1 tsp garlic powder
 1 tsp smoked paprika
 ½ tsp ground black pepper
Secret sauce:
 ½ cup low-fat mayonnaise
 ½ cup ketchup
 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
 1 tsp hot sauce
Toppings:
 8 slices of 2% cheddar cheese
 1 tomato, sliced thinly
 ½ red onion, sliced thinly
 ½ head of romaine
Method

Shape ground turkey into 8 even patties.

Add all magic powder ingredients to a bowl, mix well to combine. Evenly sprinkle ¼ teaspoon of your magic powder on each side of your burgers.

Combine all secret sauce ingredients in a bowl and stir well to combine. Set aside for later.
Spray a large skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat.

Cook burgers in groups. Add 4 burgers to the pan and cook on one side for 4 minutes, until a golden brown crust forms. Flip and cook for another 3-5 minutes (internal temperature of 165 degrees). Repeat with second 4 burgers.

Assemble your burgers:

1-2 pieces of lettuce
