Ingredients
 2 cups zucchini, grated
 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
 2 cloves garlic, minced
 2 tbsp red onion, grated
 2 tbsp cilantro chopped
 3 tbsp soy sauce, reduced sodium
 1 ½ tsp sriracha hot sauce
 ¾ cup whole wheat panko bread crumbs
 1 lb lean ground turkey (93/7)
For the greek yogurt dip:
 1 cup 2% greek yogurt, plain
 ¼ cup low-fat mayonnaise
 1 tbsp sriracha hot sauce
 1 tsp sriracha hot sauce (optional for more heat)
Method

Preheat oven to 375.

Grate zucchini; grate ginger; mince garlic; grate onion; chop cilantro.

Combine all ingredients into a large bowl. Mix well to combine.

Using red ice cream scoop (about 2 ½ tablespoons) measure out 18 meatballs and roll into balls. Place on a parchment lined sheet pan.

Cook for 10 minutes, flip. Cook for 10 minutes more. Check for complete doneness with no pink showing in the middle (internal temperature of 165 degrees).

Make sauce:

In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients, mixing well.
