
Preheat oven to 325F. Spread black beans evenly onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes (5 minutes in a convection oven) until slightly dried out. Place in a large mixing bowl and mash with a potato masher.
Heat olive oil on a large pan over medium heat. Cook bell pepper, onion, and garlic until the peppers and onions are soft- about 5 to 6 minutes. Mix in the cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper while cooking.
Combine the cooked vegetables and the remainder of the ingredients (bread crumbs, eggs, feta cheese, and Worcestershire sauce) with the mashed black beans in the mixing bowl. Mix until ingredients are evenly distributed.
Form mixture into patties- ½ cup of mixture in each.
Heat a large pan over medium heat. Spray with non-stick spray. Place patties on pan and cook for 5 minutes on each side, or until outside is crispy and internal temperature reaches 160 degrees.
For the dip: mix the light mayonnaise and Sriracha sauce until combined.
Optional Toppings: avocado, greens, tomato, spicy mayo
