Chicken Suya

 1.50 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
 2 tbsp sunbutter (or any smooth, creamy nut butter)
 ¼ tsp ground cayenne pepper
 1 ½ tsp smoked paprika
 1 ½ tsp garlic powder
 1 ½ tsp onion powder
 1 ½ tsp ground black pepper
 ¾ tsp ground cumin
 ¾ tsp ground allspice
 ½ tsp salt
 1 tbsp oil

Heat grill to medium-high.


Slice chicken breasts into ΒΌ inch thick slices.


In a medium bowl mix all ingredients except the chicken. Stir well.


Toss chicken in spice mixture making sure each piece is evenly coated.


Grill chicken, flipping half way through, until fully cooked (165 degrees).
