Grilled Cheese

 2 of whole wheat bread
 2 2% cheddar cheese
 1 tsp low-fat mayonnaise, divided into 1/2 tbsp portions

Put the cheese between the bread slices. Then spread mayo evenly on the outside of the bread.

In a nonstick pan over medium heat, toast sandwich on one side until golden brown and cheese is beginning to melt, 3-5 minutes. Flip and cook until that side is golden brown, 3-5 minutes.
