Ingredients
 ½ cup corn kernels, fresh cooked or thawed frozen
 1 (15 oz) can of black beans, drained and rinsed thoroughly
 1 cup fresh tomatoes, diced
 ½ cup onion, diced
 1 cup green pepper, diced
 2 tbsp lime juice
 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
 1 (4 oz) can diced green chiles
 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
 1 tbsp olive oil
 ¼ tsp salt
